Is the price shown inclusive of GST?
Yes, we are GST-registered w.e.f 13 Dec 2022 and you will see the breakdown of GST upon check-out.

 

Is there any ongoing promotion?
Please check our ongoing promotion on the homepage banner, or you may subscribe us to receive our update on promotion by email.
Sometimes we will have exclusive promo code for our subscribers also!     

   

May I request for quotation instead?
Yes, for bulk order / corporate purchase please contact us for quotation. 
Company may consider to open a corporate account to enjoy the exclusive price.

How and when if I choose to self collect?
Delivery fees will be waived.
Self collect at our warehouse located: 7030 Ang Mo Kio Ave 5, #09-78, MMI @ Northstar, Singapore 569880. 
Office : 140 Paya Lebar Road #09-08 AZ @ Paya Lebar Singapore 409015.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, excluded public holiday.

  

How the delivery fees be charged?
We provide delivery service islandwide except Sentosa, Jurong Island and those restricted area.

What is the average processing time for each purchase?
Normally it will take 2 - 5 working days.
Order received ( 1 day ) > Order process ( 1 days ) > Deliver products ( 1 - 3 days )
For self collect, the products will be ready after 2 working days of purchase.

  

Do the products come with warranty? 
With effect from 1st April, there will be changes to our Warranty Claims Policy.

Makita AC & DC (Non Brushless) Tools - 6 Months Warranty
Makita DC (Brushless) Tools – 12 Months Warranty

Makita Accessories are NOT COVERED under warranty
Faulty Part caused by mishandling is NOT COVERED under warranty

For WARRANTY machines sending in Makita SVC Centre, please attached invoice/receipt together with the machine in order for Makita to verify the warranty-claim machine.

NO warranty for any free of charge item.

 

How about the repair services?
Please contact us for repair details and we will quote accordingly if required.

 

What are the payment mode accept?
All products are sold in SGD. We only accept Paylah, Paynow (SGQR) or bank transfer at the moment. Do scroll down for Payment details or QR code.

  

Why there are products that can only "enquire this item" instead of "add to cart"?
Because we need to check availability of the item before you proceed with purchase.

  

Where can I find the details of each item?
You may scroll down for some product details, search it inside the Makita Catalogue ( Homepage > PDF Catalogue ) or else you may enquire us with it specific SKU code.
Enquiry will need some time to proceed, if you need the details urgently please contact us directly instead.
